The Community Health Service Center in Maogang Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai, is a grassroots medical service institution that integrates basic medical care, preventive healthcare, and rehabilitation nursing. It is located in the central area of Maogang Town and provides services to more than 100000 residents in the surrounding area. The central building area is approximately 8000 square meters, and the underground parking lot was originally designed as a single story flat garage with only 50 parking spaces, facing the following core issues: The contradiction between parking supply and demand is prominent: the daily outpatient volume exceeds 1200 people, and during the peak medical period (7:30-10:30 in the morning), the traffic flow is concentrated. The existing parking spaces only meet 40% of the parking needs, and the average time for car owners to find a spot exceeds 25 minutes. The queue outside the garage often extends to the main road of the town. Chaotic traffic flow: The entrance and exit of the basement are adjacent to the entrance of the outpatient building, and vehicle queues can easily obstruct the emergency passage. There have been multiple instances of ambulance waiting for entry; There are safety hazards for elderly patients and wheelchair users to navigate through traffic. To solve the problem of parking difficulties, the People's Government of Maogang Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai, Shanghai Songjiang Fifth Construction Engineering Company, and Jiangsu Fengye Parking System Co., Ltd. jointly implemented a two-story lifting and horizontal mechanical parking space system renovation plan. | |||
